We offer several domestic shipping options:
Standard Shipping on Orders over $85 - Free
Standard Shipping on Orders Under $85 - $6.95
Priority Shipping - approx. three business days - $14.95
Please keep in mind that your shipping is calculated from your final sale price not including sales tax. You can expect to receive you order within 3-8 business days. If you are interested in Overnight shipping please call us at 561-409-3695 to make arrangements. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, please be advised that there may be delays in shipping during holiday, sales and peak shipping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
International Shipping — Canadian and International orders please contact us at: info@VioletSkyeBoutique.com or call customer service at 1-561-409-3695 to discuss shipping options. To insure our international customers receive the most competitive shipping rates, international orders will receive a shipping quote, via email to be verified by the customer before the order is shipped. All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for purchased items, outside of the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit we have made returns hassle free!
•Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift code sent via email. We cannot issue cash refunds.
• Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
• All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order.
• Please complete the return form included in your package. • All Returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn with all original tags still attached. • All sale items and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. • The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned item(s). • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. • Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a incorrect item or a defective item please contact us within three business days (from receipt of your package) so we can fix the issue. • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it.
Due to the fast-moving pace of our limited inventory we don't do direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchange for will be in-stock at the time we receive your return. • It is best to go ahead & purchase the item in the size you need, then notate the new 'exchange order #' at the bottom of your return form & send the incorrect size back to us for a refund. • Otherwise, store credit will be issued when we receive your return & you can use it towards the purchase of the size you need. • Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. • Only returns that include an 'Exchange Order #' at the bottom of the return form are be eligible for refund.
